Volunteers – both skilled and unskilled – are needed for a costume shed work session on Saturday, September 6, starting at 10am. This is phase 1 of the costume shed renovation project! We need to move about half of the contents of the shed to the Rec Center grill room where we can sort through the costumes and decide what can be purged. Then we will install a railing system along one wall so that the costumes we decide to keep can be hung up and easily accessible instead of being packed away in boxes.
A future phase 2 will do the same thing on the opposite wall, and phase 3 will be to install rails and/or shelving in the center section.
Please plan to come for an hour or more if you can! We need people to move boxes, to help sort costumes and to help install the railing system.
