As part of an ongoing attempt to reorganize the MAD’s governing documents, the Executive Council approved committee recommendations for changes to the Production Management Rules and Guidelines document and the Standing Rules document. The change consolidates all rules into the Standing Rules document rather than being spread across both. In addition, some former rules we changed to be just guidelines or dropped entirely from the PMRG. The committee plans further modifications to this document, which has been renamed the Production Management Guidelines Interim Document 2024 to make it a more useful collection of best practices.
